Great show – As a tai chi practioner i recognised a lot of the bullshit you get with these super serious martial artist dudes. Everyone seems so certain “their guy” is the real deal, and anyone doing anything different is wrong. Who knows really, it’s all subjective and if it works for you keep doing it… Didnt agree with all the guest said, but was a very interesting listen, as ever.
